Nikki Kraus, CFA
Chief Client Officer @Strategic Investment Group
Nikki is responsible for developing and optimizing client relationships and driving the firm's marketing strategy. She also serves as a member of Strategic's Board of Managers. She has 28 years of experience in the OCIO industry having most recently served as Director of Institutional Business at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co., where she attracted and serviced a broad range of clients. Before that, she held various positions at SEI Investments Company working with OCIO clients. She has extensive experience advising investment committees, to whom she is often asked to provide insights on best practices and governance. Nikki serves on the Investment Advisory Subcommittee of the John Templeton Foundation. She also serves on the U.S. Impact Committee for 100 Women in Finance and as a mentor for Girls Who Invest. Nikki is the co-author of Endowment Management for Higher Education and Endowment Management for Foundations and Nonprofits, publications released by AGB.
Valentina M. Glaviano, CIMA®
Managing Director, Client Development @Strategic Investment Group
Valentina is responsible for building new client relationships. She has over 35 years of experience working in investment management holding senior leadership positions at Guggenheim Investments, iShares, and Lazard Asset Management. She is a member of Strategic’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, a cross-functional team that works to develop and retain diverse talent both within the firm and within the financial industry, to encourage and evaluate diversity within our sphere of influence (our firm, our managers, our vendors), and to foster an equitable and respectful work environment throughout the firm. Prior to joining Strategic, she was a Director at Covariance Capital Management, formerly a subsidiary of TIAA Endowment & Philanthropic Services. Valentina has also been elected as a member of the International Women’s Forum.
